sostenibilidad de la Red <\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Para crear las competencias y capacidades entre los miembros, se realizar\u00e1n gestiones para asegurar los aportes de los miembros para asegurar la sostenibilidad del funcionamiento de la Red.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Creaci\u00f3n y fortalecimiento de OMAS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">RASGUA impulsar\u00e1 el fortalecimiento de OMAS a nivel nacional, a trav\u00e9s de un plan y fortalecimiento de capacidades de funcionarios de las oficinas de agua y saneamiento a nivel municipal. Adicionalmente, se continuar\u00e1 promoviendo el Modelo ASH y el acompa\u00f1amiento a COPRESAM en su asistencia a las municipalidades.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Evaluaci\u00f3n y seguimiento del Plan Estrat\u00e9gico de RASGUA<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Se realizar\u00e1 la evaluaci\u00f3n de medio t\u00e9rmino del plan estrat\u00e9gico de RASGUA, lo cual contemplar\u00e1 el dise\u00f1o de las herramientas y la devoluci\u00f3n de los resultados con las recomendaciones respectivas.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Implementaci\u00f3n de la estrategia de comunicaci\u00f3n de la RASGUA<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Elaboraci\u00f3n y socializaci\u00f3n de una Estrategia de Comunicaci\u00f3n de la Red, para fortalecer los mecanismos de comunicaci\u00f3n entre los miembros y el Sector. La misma incluir\u00e1 la elaboraci\u00f3n y socializaci\u00f3n de materiales, que permitan el posicionamiento de la Red y de las Oficinas Municipales de Agua y Saneamiento (OMAS)<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Actualizaci\u00f3n y socializaci\u00f3n de la Pol\u00edtica Nacional del sector Agua Potable y Saneamiento, en el marco del Derecho Humano al Agua y al Saneamiento<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">La RASGUA tiene contemplado participar y acompa\u00f1ar el proceso de actualizaci\u00f3n y socializaci\u00f3n de la Pol\u00edtica de Agua y Saneamiento.<\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Influir en las reformas al C\u00f3digo Municipal para la inclusi\u00f3n de OMAS<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">RASGUA dar\u00e1 seguimiento a las acciones de incidencia ante tomadores de decisi\u00f3n de pol\u00edtica y normativa p\u00fablica, para la modificaci\u00f3n y cambios al C\u00f3digo Municipal para la institucionalizaci\u00f3n de las style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Impulsar el proceso de implementaci\u00f3n de un sistema nacional de monitoreo e informaci\u00f3n de ASH del MSPAS.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Acompa\u00f1ar al MSPAS en el proceso de actualizaci\u00f3n del sistema de monitoreo e informaci\u00f3n sobre agua, saneamiento e higiene (SIVIAGUA) y creaci\u00f3n de un Sistema Nacional de Monitore en Agua y Saneamiento.<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Establecer alianzas y espacios de trabajo con organizaciones de la sociedad civil que implementan acciones en agua y saneamiento<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<\/p><p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">RASGUA reconoce la importancia de la participaci\u00f3n de la sociedad civil para incidir y validar las pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas en el marco de Agua y Saneamiento, por
